'Taste this basoondi once and you will want to have it again and again  SITAPHAL BASOONDI  Ingredients  4 ripe custard apples (sitaphal/sharifa), seeded and pulp removed 2 litre milk, reduced to 1 litre ½ tin (200 gms) sweet condensed milk ¼ tsp green cardamom powder  Method  1. Heat milk in a wide and shallow non-stick pan, stirring occasionally, till it reduces further. 2. Add condensed milk and mix. Add  green cardamom powder and custard apple pulp and mix well. 3.
